About the JBL

The Journal of Business Logistics (JBL) provides a forum for the dissemination of original thoughts, research, and best practices within the logistics and supply chain arenas.

CSCMP’s 33-year-old Journal of Business Logistics is published by Wiley and Sons. The journal now employs a number of more competitive processes and technologies. There is a searchable database of articles by keyword to facilitate researchers and authors alike. Authors are able to submit their articles and revisions electronically—for faster turnaround of acceptance or revision requests from the Editorial Board.

The Editorial Review Board has grown to incorporate a number of assistant and associate editors with a broader variety of specialty areas. As we grow and improve with the adoption of new and speedier processes, we also maintain our focus on continuing the qualities JBL’s renowned for: its strong commitment to quality research and valuable content.

The editorial objectives of the Journal of Business Logistics are to advance knowledge and science and to stimulate greater thought and effort in the fields of logistics and supply chain management by providing readers with:
